820-00164 fan full speed no other issues

Hi, got an 820-00164 board that works fine, but fan goes full speed as soon as you turn it on, even with everything disconnected

C3938 and C3917 were ripped off from the board, replaced them and camera works fine, but still fan issue.

TG Pro temperatures are all well under 60 Celsius.

Reballed the SMC, Cleaned ME BIOS, tried different DC IN board and cable, no effect

Did you test it disconecting webcam?
Tried known good LIO board/flex?
Also trackpad?

HWMonitor shows correct I/V sensors?
AVREF_SMC is good?

R6010 was bad. Replaced it now its working fine. Thanks a lot
