Didnt tried that since I am not 100% sure which area is the PCH one. The older models like A1278 have a big PCH... this one is integrated with the CPU right? So I should HEAT the CPU? Or am I wrong?

Since I ONLY have a QUICK 861DW HOT AIR STATION..

How to properly approach it?

Just heated the CPU as you advised me and still same issue with the board.
