820-00165-A NO IMAGE, NO CHIME

This board turns on but doesnt do chime or show image... edp_panel_pwr doesn´t come high when display is connected... cpu gets warm and so does the memory chips... is it a dead cpu yet?

Did you check for USB activity and external video?
Why the people always go for internal video only???

I think its a dead CPU, in diode mode on L7310/20 I get .009 value, which usually ends being that...
Board was clean, no liquid damage or so...

Diode mode to ground doesn't give a reliable information. Resistance to ground on CPU VCore would be 15-25 ohms for this board, but that just tells you the CPU isn't fully shorted. (can still be dead)
