Try first to start in SMC bypass.
Next, check voltage and diode mode to ground on SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.
Post SMC/PM_BATLOW_L, SMC_ADAPTER_EN, SMC_PM_G2_EN.
Be sure to use original Magsafe 2 charger.

You should get 3V3_S5 then.
Check for PM_SLP_SUS_L and 3V3_SUS too.

Check if the board starts disconnecting LIO flex.
Post PCH_DSWVRMEN and PM_DSW_PWRGD and PM_RSMRST_L levels.
Check if PM_PWRBTN_L reacts when trigger SMC_ONOFF_L signal; use R5115/16 pads.

Any pulse at PM_SLP_S5_L and 5V_S4 coil?
If yes, check for pulse on the other big coils and ALL_SYS_PWRGD.
