820-00239 not waking up from sleep.

hi, this board came in, not waking up from sleep.
if i sleep the mac without closing the lid ( from apple logo top left corner, sleep ) , i can wake it from sleep.
but if i close the lid, opening the lid wont wake up the mac.
when screen is on,
smc_lid 3.3v
smc_lid_r 3.3v
smc_lid_left 3.3v
smc_lid_right 0v

u5255 has solder ball sticking out, replaced.
hall sensor right has been replaced too ( J5260 ).
when screen is off, smc_lid is still 3.3v, should it be 0 v ?

You have a problem with right Hall sensor.
The pull-up resistor is included on its board.

yes, i have replaced the J5260 with its entire building, but smc lid right still 0v..

Check continuity between the pins of Hall sensor chip and MLB.

hall sensor chip has continuity to u5255.

any chance smc pulled down smc_lid_right ?

smc replaced, smc_lid_right still 0v.
problem still persist

if J5260 is removed, smc_lid_right is 1v..

If J5260 is disconnected, tie together R5251/61.

Isn't clear where the pull-up resistor is for these lines.
I didn't see it on the small Hall sensor boards for this machine.
It should be inside the Hall sensor chip.
You can remove R5251 and see if 3V remains on its left, or right side.
