Hi guys.

I need some assistance to confirm the chipset on this board. The chipset itself blew up from a USB connection with an android box. Also U4600 was blown but i removed it looks good now. I need to identify the chip exactly which one is it so i can replace it and get this imac working. i know that it is SKYLAKE_PCH_FCBGA83 but just to make sure before ordering.

Read the sSpec from the PCH package. On the picture at the Aliexpress link it's in the corner on the left next to "003" and reads SR30W. If they match it's good.
(also I'd be a bit more confident buying from see-ic but for Intel chipsets in general it's not too much of a problem buying from less reputable sellers)

Thanks Piernov for your help. I've bought a lot of gpu chips in the past but not intel chipset for imac it's a first so wanted to advice. This one the core has burst so had to make sure.
