Check diode mode to ground there, with trackpad connected.
If no bad value, replace L4800 with tiny wire..

Remove F7000 and check voltage at R7060.

Check all LDO rails of CD3215 chips.

1V1 LDO will appear only on the CD3215 corresponding to powered port.

Inspect USB-C redriver chip...
We discussed several times about this (small) chip, not present in schematic/boardview.
It is placed on the opposire side of CD3215 chips, near the USB connector.
