Looks like have a problem on U7000 area too, or SMC; apart of USB inputs.
This board is a nightmare.
Something more affected by liquid...

PPDCIN_G3H_CHRG_R 510
PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3H 516

I suppose you've reffered to D6902.
CPU got hot because its embedded PCH was sinking too much current from 3V3_G3H; probably through RTC power rail.
This also explains overheating D6902...

Are you sure isn't U6903 the burnt one?
U7000 requires to communicate with SMC, which requires 3V3_G3H to work.
Check EN_VR1 output of U7000.

Really???
Look at ball F2, inside U7000...

However, no need to check it, if now get correct PPBUS_G3H.
D6902 still hot?

This denotes overcurrent on 3V3_G3H power rail.
If CPU gets hot, is probably the culprit.
Just in case, check 3V0_G3H level.
