820-00928-a boot loop

Logic board had multiple componentes ( resistors, capacitor, etc) missing. Put them all and now it start, start to loading apple and reboot.

Things i have alredy tried:

- It doesnt starts for diagnosis with D pressed (also CMD+D)
- Clean EFI had been installed with same result
- Tried to boot in DFU mode to check if it is T2 problem but no way to boot it in DFU

I checked and all reails seems be ok.

00928 doesn't have T2.

Can be GPU issue.
Try first to boot in safe mode.

didn't try that. if possible to insta,l windows what i can do?

Windows will not install many drivers.
Once installed (if possible) start to install drivers one by one; GPU first recommended.
You can note which driver installation crashes the machine...

impossible. When i start with ALT mac freezes.

Check if all needed components are soldered.
Be aware, some of them not needed; marked as NO STUFF.
Other component depend on the boatd version; TRUE/FALSE notes near them.
Hopeless project if someone else messed up with it before...
