820-00928 won't charge battery

This arrived with no liquid damage. Issue is when charger is plugged in it will act as though its being plugged in and out every few seconds. PPBUS_G3H voltage with charger and battery 11.15V. 11.50v with battery alone.

12.65v with charger alone but only low battery symbol appears on the screen.

Replaced ISL9239 and C7020 since ohm reading was OL. No changes. R7030/40 appear to be good. Q7065 is not shorted.

What to try next?

replaced Q7065 Q7040/30 and C7020-C7023 but no change

1.6 + 1.6 = 21.5 for sure???
Check now R7060 and related traces to U7000.

R7061/62 reading anywhere from 1.6-2ohm

C7020 21.5 ohm red probe C7020 black probe ground ohm modes

R7060 and traces to U7000 are fine. When the board first boots with battery and charger connected (after both have been disconnected) it appears to be charging fine, however once charger is unplugged and plugged back in the system will then act as if it’s being plugged in and unplugged every other second on all ports.

So you've checked C7020 to ground???
I didn't expect that...

Really strange to get 21 ohm to ground; unless you didn't let sufficient time to discharge remanent power, after disconnect charger and battery.

Yes I will measure again but should be fine since C7020 was replaced along with the isl9239

S3 and S0 voltages go off after that?
L7211 voltage disappears, or go to1V?
