820-01041 nand shorted to ground

hi, this board came in dead at 5v 0amp, a bit of water dmg around u9080
i see that pp3v3_G3h is shorted at u9080, removing u9080, and i got 20v and a bit of fluctuating amp.
i see that pp2v5 is shorted to ground 0 ohm. I inject 1v and found U8800 is heating up.
removing u8800 and short pp2v5 is gone, diode mode is good now.
the question is, does anyone can replace this nand ? im an iphone technician too so im familiar with jc programming if thats helping.

As the chip is burnt, you don't lose anything changing it.
After that, you should try to restore it in DFU mode, if possible.
