no water damage..port "1" 20v 2A port "2" 5v 0.04a PPBUS_G3H 12.3V on both.
replaced U3100 that control this port, the same, check all LDO pp1v1_upc_xa_ldo_bmc 0v diode mode 472(on U3200- 480)
where it can come from?

If charger switches to 20V when connected to U3200, then U3100 should be good partyially; T2 communicates with it at least.
You should have a problem on U3100 input side.
Compare diode mode readings between both ports in pages 30/31 and Q3100/200.
Inspect USB-C terminals for corrosion.

cant make it...
replaced j3300, switch between U3100 and U3200, also switch between Q3100/200 and also between q3440/30 and q3450/60 .
still the same...very weird..the XA side is the problem.. now i get PP1V1_UPC_BMC 1.1V but still 5v 0.05a

The other port switches to 20V?

Don't swap components without reason.
Check what I said first.
Probably corroded resistor, or broken trace.

already did it.
i was now take out U3200/100and compere each pad.
is U3100- TP_USBC_XA_RESET_L (O.L) is the same as U3200- USBC_XA_RESET_L (760). (diode mode)
