The MacBook had gotten wet, the damaged components have already been replaced (including CD3217), it manages to go up to 20V - 1.30A but it resets to 0A.
Reviewing the Power sequencing diagram, the voltages reach the part of H9M LOAD SECURE ROM, SMC BATTERY TRAP: the last voltage before the restart, is the PCH_RTC_RESET_L; from there, there are no more voltages.
