on usb voltage tester it take 5v but if i flip usb c cable to other site on voltage tester black screen, only one side of usbc work and its whit two of usb at mainboard.
g3h-0v. i change u700 but the same ampers going up and down 4-3A,

Check CC1/2 lines (diode mode) on the bad port.

When I ask about DIODE MODE, I expect something like "0.xxx".
Don't write end "V" in such case.
Multimeter reads the voltage induced by itself on the mainboard; in diode mode!
Is not a voltage reading, like when power is applied.
Avoid any confussion, please.

Do you mean OL, or 0.000 for XA_CC1/2?

Too big difference there!

The first suspects are DZ3302 and U3100.
Low chance of C3113 leakage.

is there any diffrence betwen u3100 big dot and small dot chip? i change cd3217b12 big dot to small dot because i got small dot new ones only.

Is important to get the chips from same 01598 donor board; not the dot size.

Check 3V3_G3H too.

i change u3100 fron the same working mainboard and the same,
i check d3399 and on site of cabel working i got 5.17 on other i get 0v and black screen on voltage tester.

Compare diode mode readings around CD3217 chips between both channels.
CC1/2 lines are first supects, when meter stays black in one way connection.

i check and dont have connection on usbc_xa_cc2 i wire from tp[1]usbc_xa_cc2 and get connection to c3114 but still black screen on voltage tester

Check diode mode to ground at C3113/4; you should get very similar readings.
Also check continuity with corresponding pins of J3300.

Maybe bad solders on CD3217 chip.
Compare diode mode readinggs around it with the other channel.
