820-01700 A2141 not charging

PP3V3_G3H_RTC=3.3v
System boots with batteryand charger and stay on with battery PBUS_G3H=12.32v
PP3V3_G3H_RTC=3.3v..
But not charging..

Did you test the board alone on the desk with original 96/140W charger?

Check voltage and diode mode to ground on SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.

I used original 96W charger

I2C_PWR_SDA=0.466 and 1.799v
I2C_PWR_SCL=0.465 and 1.799v

When booted with battery, macOS shows battery percentage?

Check UPC_I2C_INT_L.
You still have problems on USB-C areas.

It shows battery percentage....
The board first came in dead i found short on PP5V_S4_UBC then passed current through it found U3100 get in hot and i replaced it..
Short gone

With 0volt

Some peoples on Internet claim that this board only accepts CD3217 chips from same model scrap board.
