820-01700 Charge issues

[No-Clean]

Clean board, Mac turns on, shows charging icon and battery icon, but as soon as the charger is disconnected, the Mac turns off.

U7000 replaced and same problem.

J6951 diode readings are on par with known good board.

New battery same problem.

Just for test, bypass R6950 pads.

I assume I have to make a bridge from SYS_DETECT_L to ground?

Same thing even with new battery and different charger, new battery has 60% charge and as soon as cable is unplugged Mac turns off.

Doesn't go to progress bar?

No, it shows 60% and charging icon but it does not charge

Did you try another battery data cable?
Be sure it is correctly connected.
Also check if battery screw is tighten.

Just that he rarely ever disconnects the charger, we tried 2 different known good bakeries too
