Did you check for voltage on other big coils?

No voltages on any coils except L7030=8.2V

Did you try with both charger and battery connected?
Does it charge the battery?

Yes it charge the battery it draws 2.13A when battery is connected

Check diode mode to ground on all coils.
Compare with good board.

Trigger PMU_ONOFF_L and check for pulse at U8100, pins 16 &17; you can use SE030/31 pads.

You should also test the board alone on the desk.
