820-02016-A 5V 0.008A C5278 burned

The board stuck at 5V and 0.0079A. There is no liquid damage. The cap C5278 was burned out (had a real hole).
I changed C5278 and C5222 and U5200
PPVBAT_AON_CHGR_REG have now 0,5v (diode mode)
PPBUS_AON have only 1.1v
What would you do next?

PS: is not in DFU mode

Remove F5200 and check C5254 voltage.

I removed F5200. The voltage at C5254 is cycling 2.2v down to 1.1v every 2-3 seconds

Post U5200's basic voltages: P_IN, AUX_DET, SMC_RST_IN, VDD/P, EN_MVR, AUX_OK, A/BMON.

Here are the voltages of U5200 (F5200 still removed) ...
P_IN = 5.17v
AUX_DET = 1.28v
SMC_RST_IN = 0.03v
VDD = 5.10v
VDDP = 5.10v
EN_MVR = 0.00v
AUX_OK = 1.03v
AMON = 0.03v
BMON = 0,00v

You should try to change U5200.

I changed U5200 before and the soldering should be ok.

Check first R/C/Q5230/40 and their traces.

I checked R/C5230/40 -> ok
I changed Q5230/40 from a known good board
i changed U5200 from a known good board
I changed R5221 R5222 R5261 R5262
I change UF260 from a known good board
Nothing did change anything, the board is still 5V with 0.008A

Just in case, replace L5230.
Check all traces continuity around U5200 and adjacent components.

Is F5200 still removed?
