THE ONLY WAY TO DFU, IS WITH ANOTHER LAPTOP M1 CONNECT IT? client said that it discharged the battery and it did not turn on again

You can do it even with older USB 3 model, using correct cable.
Original Apple Tunderbolt 3 cable, using another USB-C MacBook (2016, or newer), is the recommended way.

Just look at schematics to understand not compatible chips.
If no donor board available, try Aliexpress; pray hard in such case.

Maybe not worth to invest time in this machine, if someone else already worked on it.

Check diode mode to ground on SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.
Known good working battery may be the only way to discard battery issue.
