OK. Another day another try.

Replaced U7201 and also replaced Q7260 and Q7261 at the same time


U7201 pin 22 is 1.2v
U7201 pin 23 is 8.41v
U7201 pin 12 is 3.37v

C7205 is 0.77v

If pins 23 & 12 have correct voltage (your case), you must get VREG3/5 & VREF2.
So check for any other "NO STUFF" mistake around.
Be sure U7201 and new MOSFETs are all correctly soldered.
