820-2879b backlight sometimes light up, sometimes dark

came in with burn lcd connector, replaced, but pin 18 lvds connector is gone,( LVDS_CONN_A_CLK_F_P ), is this pin necessary ? because its a bit difficult to jumper wire to behind board..

You must rebuild all traces there.
Use tiny magnet wire (i.e. 0.03mm)...

I directly jump the pin to the back of the macbook, backlight work now, thanks..
by the way, I bought medusa 3, already requested manual from them but still no reply, maybe you have it ?
