Arrived with no power. No liquid damage. All power rails are present including PP1V8_S0_CPU_VCCPLL_R 1.8V . PPBUS_G3H 12.60v

Only power rail that is low is AL_SYS_PWRGD at 0.048V

GPU gets warm and CPU even gets warm.

Any ideas what to check?

Fix that problem.

First, remove Q7950.
If still low, start removing (one by one) the power goods resistors; keep in place R7967.

Then R7967 is bad.
If is good and has 3V on pin 1, same voltage must appear on pin 2, if there is no other component connected.
Or you forgot some power good resistor...

This board is still having a issue. Missing PPVCORE_GPU 0v

Q8950 has shorted a couple times since fixing the board. Once after replacing had 0.90V on PPVCORE_GPU but Q8950 shorted again when turning board back on afterwards.

Already replaced U8900 and checked the surrounding resistors. What should be checked?

4.20 0hm resistance to ground. Similar board is 7.6 ohm

Already replaced GPU with brand new known good GPU. While GPU was removed there was 1.2V-1.3V on L8920. When New GPU was installed went back to 0v-0.13V

Anything else to check?

Is there a way to fix without disabling GPU? Customer wants GPU to work. These are genuine original real GPU's. 1819

no issues with them on other repairs

Don't you want to know if there is a discrete graphics problem, or other thing???
GPU can be disabled, for test, with a simple BIOS mod...

Can be done with Medusa programmer, do you have it?
If not, upload your BIOS somewhere.

BTW, search the forum; possibly we have some test dump.
