820-2914 short with battery

green light and turn on(reset at the loading) without battery.
when connected battery green light goes off and not turn on.
changed u7000 but the same.
ppbus 19.5 with battery 10.8
any idea?

Probably shorted Q7030. Replace Q7030 and U7000.

replaced both...still the same..
when battery connected and connect the charger the is green light for 1sec then turn off and the fan spin for 3-4sec.
when just battery connected smc_on_off cant turn in on.
and with just the charger there is green and orange light and it turn on but dont pass the loading.

o.k i was replace again now ppbus_g3h is 6-7v with just charger..

Check all traces and solders around U7000.
Post its basic voltages; pins 1, 2, 3, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 27.
Just in case, replace C7025.
