820-2915 no chime ( I have a lot of these :/ )

Hi I’ve done these checks audio is working removed ram and it beeped once

I have
PPVCORE_S0_CPU_PH1 =.950
PPVCORE_S0_CPU_PH2 =.774v
PPVCORE_S0_CPU_PH3 =.774v
but still no chime

I checked
At U2880
PLT_RST_BUF_L = 3.3v
At U2890
PLT_RESET_L =3.3v

The 3 CPU phase are tied together.
I suppose you've checked phase 1 faster than other two.
Board starts with higher VCORE, which drops a bit once board boots.

Did you try PRAM reset?
Also check USB activity.

im sorry yes i habe usb mouse flash red. and theres a blue light on my microsoft mouse. Cpu and gpu are getting warm. The last time I had this same issue it was a reset_L signal missing but they’re both present :/

I tried a PRAM reset and nothing it still won’t chime but both cpu/gpu are getting warm. I’m gonna go over the audio circuit again

Do not use chime as a "must" for life sign.
If you are sure about USB activity, check external video, before arming up the machine.
When the board really boots, you should also note a slow drop on CPU VCORE; from initially 1.15V to 0.8V aprox...
