820-2936 board power on but fan noise continuously.....what should check exactly ? with ASD test heatsink has problem , but i can not find anything. help me please

First of all, welcome to the forum!

What is the full error message reported in ASD?
Only one error appears?
If you can boot into macOS, run HWMonitor and post strange values.

Check exact voltage for SMC_ONOFF_L w/ and w/o keyboard connected.

SMC_ONOFF_L voltage is normal
i can not run hw monitor because system is very slow , with other system also , is it graphics problem ?

Please, do NOT queote an entire post, visible few centimeters above.

That is old board, run ASD and post entire error message.
You should get more specific information about that sensor.
It is probably Battery Charger Proximity, but ASD will clarify that.
It is included on the trackpad board.
So you should try known good trackpad board/flex.
