820-3115 bil issue

hi this board came in with not charging, solved by replacing r7051/2.
found out bil connector is bad,but even with KNOWN GOOD bil attached,fan will spin but no boot (blank display),
if i unplug bil it will boot normally. sponge has been removed, bil looks good,
sda scl diode mode is 0.455 and 0.460, sounds good, is it smc issue ?

What about SMC_LID?
Hall sensor is placed there.

smc_lid is 3.4v without bil, with bil connected, its 0v, bil is known good.. , no short too with bil connected

Known good logicboard is working correctly with that Bil, u suspect the bil right?

u may not believe me.. but yesterday the known good bil doesnt work, today it work normally -.-
