Had to lift R7963, R7964, and R7965 then ALL_SYS_PWRGD went high. No change otherwise though, other than....
This last time I plugged the board in, I noticed this time it was only pulling 0.009A and I lost my power rails. Touched the board to move it around and something burned my finger on the bottom corner of the board. Looked under the scope and applied some alcohol and it was D5802 that was heating up. Replaced this from a donor, now I'm back where I was with ~0.220A from the PSU and the same rails present. This board is turning into a nightmare lol
It was R7965, so the finger points back to U7200. Pin 23 is only 0.204V and diode is 212. That seemed low so I checked in ohms, the meter was flashing OL without ever being able to settle on a number. Not sure where else to go from here.
Sorry, I misunderstood your process for removing the resistors, after reading some more threads I realized you wanted me to remove one, test, then replace that one and move onto the next - I removed one, then left that one off and moved onto the next.
I just re-tested by replacing R7964 and R7965 and checking with R7963 off, then replacing R7963 and removing R7964, then replacing R7964 and removing R7965. In all three tests, ALL_SYS_PWRGD stays low, only if I remove all 3 resistors does it go high.
