When initializing the system at the end of the bar, it restarts. I tried ASD TEST and it shows an error ''Error: 0x800000000003, Cannot Load 'EFI/Drivers/TestSupport.efi''.
Status: 0x0000003

I cleaned up the eviction from the ME Region, but it did not solve it.

Install Windows on test SSD, if possible.
Then start installing drivers and see when system crashes; probably GPU driver.

You can also try FULL known good BIOS.

There's a bug running AHT or ASD EFI on some older machines that got Mojave BootROM update. (for some of them the bug was fixed with a later update) ASD OS runs fine.
Exclude software issue first. Also U8900 solder joints rework.

It is not going up through Windows 10 on the external ssd.

I identified that the speaker connector is damaged and the left cooler screw base is damaged.Does this influence the connection to the machine?

I solved the u8900 and replaced it, but without result.

Probably bad GPU; hardare mod available to disable it.

Do PRAM reset, just in case.
Do NOT boot from USB preinstalled Windows 10; run new installation.
