Just as before fans pulsing never stops just pulsing and nothing more happens. This is by far the most frustrating board I worked on for a long time

changed q7842 and some new measurements
PM_SUS_EN . 3.3V
DCINVSENSE_EN 3.3v
DCIN_S5_VSENSE 16.7V

PM_BATLOW_L 0.013V

Ok, going to check SMC_DCIN_VSENSE as soon as the ultrasonic cleaning are done. But still Q7842 keeps stop working and get back to PM_SUS_EN going to 0V replaced it 4 times and keeps stop working. What can be the cause?

You can't get PM_SUS_EN when SMC_BATLOW_L is low.
If you got it few times, be sure that SMC_BATLOW_L was high then; and PM_SLP_SUS_L too.
So find why one of these signals is not steady.

Now I have replaced the SMC again but still the same. No SMC_BATLOW_L :( Seems I cant figure this out. Fan pulsing and no start. Not charging. Starts in SMC bypass mode but not booting cant see SSD. Is there anything else that can cause SMC_BATLOW_L not getting high?

SMC_BATLOW_L is not related with the main battery.
Apple kept BATLOW name from Intel documentation for PCH.
Intel specification relates it with battery level.

"BATLOW# (Mobile Only)
Battery Low: An input from the battery to indicate that there is insufficient power to boot the system. Assertion will prevent wake from S3-S5 state. This signal can also be enabled to cause an SMI# when asserted."

But SMC generates it in base of charger recognition.
No matter battery is present, or not, its value doesn't vary.
Only charger presence, or incorrect power model than expected, will change its level.

Ok, thank you for good explanation =) Strange it doesnt get high tied 3 smc all with exact the same measurements. I use both my PSU and original charger when working with the boards but never got any difference between my PSU and charger.

PSU with 85W cable should be good enough.
But connect it carefully, or turn on the PSU after cable is connected.

Does it still start always on SMC bypass mode?
SMC_ADAPTER_EN is high?
Did you change DCIN board?
Be sure to have the plastic foil around power connector.

it starts up in smc bypass but cant find ssd so no boot and no battery charging.
SMC_ADAPTER_EN is high
DC-in board changed

isn't there anything else that makes the SMC_BATLOW_L 0.024V? cant figure this out
shouldn't the battery charge in smc bypass mode?

R5040 measures right
already removed q5040 many times, did it again with no change =) shouldnt the battery charge even in smc bypass mode?
Are PP5V S4 REG coming on after SMC_BATLOW_L?
