820-3437 A1466 Missing PP1V2_S3

Hi, I have another 820-3437 board. When I first started working on it it would draw .025A and then go up to .115A or so. I found that I am missing PP1V2_S3. I traced it back to U7400 so I removed it and replaced with a donor U7400. Board fires up, draws about 800mA and has a three beep pattern. Not sure of where to go from here

3 beeps means RAM, or CPU issue.
As you found a problem on the power rail of both, possibly overvoltage could damage the CPU-RAM data bus.

You can try to reflow RAM chips and maybe CPU; pray a lot too...

If you?re lucky, the RAM got killed

Yeah I think that is what happened. i threw it in the donor pile
