820-3462 no backlight

Its a previous repair attempt, initially it wasn't turning on, fixed it and now there is no backlight, i checked backlight enable and that was low, so i tracked it and found that smc_lid is around 1.9v, removed r5050 and its a partial short, diode mode measurement is 0.081 and i have already reflowed smc and removed q5701 and nothing has changed so far, any other ideas apart from reballing or changing smc?

Remove C5050 and check if R5071 is OK.
If all correct, remove SMC and check again.
Probably short will go then, meaning bad SMC...

Already did that, i think its smc and i don't have stencils for it

It has aprox 150 balls.
I did more than one at hand...
Use 0.35mm, but even 0.4-0.45mm works.

Will smc from 820-3332 work?? The schematics says they are same, but now board is not even turning on

You MUST take SMC from the same donor board model...
