Check PM_BATLOW_L, PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PM_RSMRST_L, SMC_ADAPTER_EN and the 4 PCH's RTC (DC) signals.

Original 60/85W Magsafe 2 charger?
Did you test with lab PSU, or fake charger too?

PM_BATLOW_L = 3.3v
PCH_DSWVRMEN = 3.2v
PM_DSW_PWRGD = 3.4v
PM_RSMRST_L = 0.0v
SMC_ADAPTER_EN = 3.38v

I found these PCH RTC signals - did you mean this? Sorry for stupid asking :-(
PCH_CLK32K_RTCX1 = 0.4v
PCH_SRTCRST_L = 3.3v
PPVOUT_S0_PCH_DCPRTC = 1.4v

I was testing with lab PSU and Magsafe2 cable from a 85W. Also with Original 85W Magsafe2 - same behavior.

I specified 4 DC signals...

"PCH_SRTCRST_L = 3.3v"
Nothing more appears close to it (in the same PCH block)?

This three are shown together on page 72 in the schematic:
PCH_SRTCRST_L = 3.3v
PCH_CLK32K_RTCX1 = 0.4v
RTC_RESET_L = (3.3v
These are the only signals with PCH and RTC in the name (searching in FlexBV).

Searching for RTC only, i found this two signals more:
PPVOUT_S0_PCH_DCPRTC = 1.4v
PPVRTC_G3H = 3.3v

Maybe i have a shitty boardview and schematic for this board? Should I look for someone else?

We've talked many times about RTC signals on the forum.
The mentioned signals go to RTC block; didn't say to have RTC in name!

Just in case, check SMC_S5_PWRGD_VIN too.

Missing PM_SLP_SUS_L, having all previous signals OK, points to PCH problem.
However, we are still pending about PCH_INTRUDER_L and PCH_INTVRMEN.

Ok, thanks for the clarification because of the RTC signals. Here are the missing values ...

SMC_S5_PWRGD_VIN = 3.38v
PCH_INTRUDER_L = 3.0v
PCH_INTVRMEN = 3.2v
