820-3476-A cpu warm, no fan spin

Hi, I have a 820-3476-A which covered in flux, all the ppbus_s5 caps is shorted, and when I remove f7040, the ppbus is still shorted
magsafe is green then orange light when plugged in, cpu does get warm, but no fan spin

Which big coil has exact the same ohm value to ground as PPBUS_G3H?

Sounds like some moron killed the CPU by being stupid. This I would advise not wasting time on

it takes little time to confirm a dead CPU. Do some quick resistance checks on VCORE and PCH power supplies. I have fixed many boards that have been covered in flux by monkeys.
