Hi all, this board came with corrosion on u7200,i clean the area and i change the chip but still the same
PM_SLP_S4_L missing but pulsing
PM_SLP_S5_L missing but pulsing
PP3V3_S4=0.4v (With 2 multimeters)
PP3V3_S3=0.4v (With 2 multimeters)
PCH_INTVRMEN_= 1.8V
PCH_DSWVRMEN_L = 2.1V

PPBUS_G3H =12.56 V
PP3V42_G3H =3.42V
PPVRTC_G3H = 3.3v
PP5V_S5 =5V
PP3V3_S5 =3.3V
PP3V3_SUS=3.3V
RTC_RESET_L = 3.3v
PCH_SRTCRST_L =3.3v
PM_DSW_PWRGD = 3.4v
PM_BATLOW_L = 3v
PM_RSMRST_L =3.3v
PM_PWRBTN_L = 3.4v
PM_PWRBTN_L trigger at the same time of SMC_ONOFF_L

Corrosion sign on CPU power supply is not good at all.
Check diode mode readings on all big coils; compare with good board.

Just in case, heat PCH/CPU with quality flux.
There may be accumulated crap underneath.

The diode mode read is the same with a good board. I heat the PCH/CPU with AMTECH NC-599 and still have the same issue.

In Smc bypass don’t turn in

L7320 pulsing
L7310 pulsing
L7630 pulsing
L7430 pulsing

Diode mode read in other rails looks fine
PP5V_S0= 0.4
PP3V3_S0 = 0.35
PP1V5_S0 = 0.35
PP1V35_S3_CPUDDR = 0.135
PPVTTDDR_S3 = 0.5
PP1V05_SUS =0.3
PP1V05_S0 = 0.138

Sorry for my bad english and thanks for your patience!
With pins 5 and 6 joint the motherboard won't turn on

Pin 3 off u1950 is pulsing with pins 5 and 6 joint but PLT_RESET_L not pulsing and in SMC bypass mode the board dont turn on
