Good morning, this Mac suffered oxidation, the components r5198, R5230, and U5870 had oxidation, replace them, but without results.

Voltage:
PPBUS_G3H =12.63V
PP3V4_G3H= 3.42V
SMC_REST_L= 3.34V
PM_BATLOW_L= 0V, no pulse
3_S5 / SUS = 0V, no pulse
S5_PWRGD = 0v, no pulse
PM_DSW_PWRGD = 0V
PCH_DSWVRMEN = 3.29V
SMC_ONOFF_L = 3.42V
PM_RSMRST_L = 0.04V, no pulse
PM_PWRBTN_L = 0V, no pulse

PCH_INTRUDER_L =3.04V
PCH_INTVRMEN= 3.27V
All_SYS = 0v, pulseless
RTC_REST_L =3.42V

PM_SLP_SUS_L =0V, no pulse.
PCH_SRTCRST_L =3.42V

Note: I am using 85W charger.

Did you solder correct value for R5198?
Do you get SMC_PM_G2_EN?

Check voltages and signals for U5000 (2 OF 2), at page 37.

No idea where did you find all these on block (2 OF 2).

Post now basic voltages for U7501; pins 23, 12, 13, 22, 29, 21.

13 P5VP3V3_VREF2 = 0V
22 P5VP3V3_VREG3 = 3.31V
29 PP5V_S5 = 0V
21 S5_PWR_EN = 0V

When should we trust you???
You've said to get 32mV and 3.4V in the same power rail.
And didn't bother to say if you've changed something between these readings.

BTW, your english still makes your post dificult to understand.

"You've said to get 32mV and 3.4V on the same power rail."
I apologize for that. I can't explain how this happened.
The correct value PP3V3_S5 SMC 3.4V.

"I was talking about PP3V3_S5_SMC_VDDA"
There is only that mesh, friend. Don't make it difficult.

Magsafe light MUST be always green, if no battery connected.
Light should not react when pressing power button.
If reacts in your case, check SMC_TPAD_RST_L; MUST be steady high.
