hello friend, I have this mac that does not turn on and does not oxidize.

voltage: PPbus_g3h 12.62v; PP5V_S0 0.02v; PP3V42_G3H 3.43v; SMC_ADAPTER_EN 3.4v; SMC_BC_ACOK 3.3v; ALL_SYS_PWRGD 0v;

I hope these tensions help to understand the problem;)

Do you have 3V3_S5/SUS?
Post PM_PWRBTN_L, PM_RSMRST_L, PM_BATLOW_L, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN.
Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L.

PP3V3_S5 3.35V; PP3V3_SUS 3.35V ;PM_PWRBTN_L 3.42V; PM_RSMRST_L 3.18V; PM_BATLOW_L 0.03V; PM_DSW_PWRGD 3.43V; PCH_DSWVRMEN 2.9V;
THERE WAS NO VOLTAGE DROP IN PM_PWRBTN_L GIVING A PULSE IN SMC_ONOFF_L.

"PM_BATLOW_L 0.03V"
Do you have original Magsafe 2 60/85W charger?

Please, do not use capital letters in excess...

using original 85W chargers, test 3 chargers and continue the same voltage PM_BATLOW_L / R1410 0.03V

Does it charge the battery?
Also trigger SMC_ONOFF_L when battery connected.

Check all RTC signals...

com a bateria conectada, havia tensão na malha PM_BATLOW_L 3.32V.

RTC: RTC_RESET_L 3,34V; PPVOUT_S0_PCH_DCPRTC 1,69V; PPVRTC_G3H 3,35V; PCH_CLK32K_RTCX1 0,50V; PCH_SRTCRST_L 3,34V;
Eu acho que esses são os sinais do RTC.

the machine turned on with the battery connected unexpectedly, but only with the battery plugged in.

It takes time to climb the macOS, accelerated cooler and in the sistem report says that the charger is original.
I used another battery to raise the macOS, because the client's doesn't do that.

Try disconnecting webcam.
Also try another trackpad board/flex.

Run HWMonitor and see the temps and current sensors.

sorry, I didn't understand how you do it "Run HWMonitor and see the temperatures and current sensors."

Connect the battery, if the board doesn't start other way.

Once logged into macOS, dowsnload and install HWMonitor.
Then run it and check temp values and current sensors.

friend, you would have the link to download this software because I only find DEMO and this one does not make available all the sensors, it follows in annex the image of the sensors.

solved the slowness of the machine with the webcam disconnected and with another battery. And the question of running without battery ?

Maybe this board doesn't want to start without battery.
I know some MacBooks have such behaviour...

Board still slow with battery and webcam connected?
Same camera error reported in diagnistic start up?
In such case, cut off the traces from pins 8/9 of J4002 and try again.
Usually is ALS failure; you could be able to use webcam...
