820-4924 Keyboard stops working after a few days

Clean board and clean keyboard/trackpad no drops.

Came in 3 times, all we do is disconnect and re-connect the keyboard and all works fine again, but after a few days it stops working again, when that happens if an external keyboard and mouse is connected those work fine.

Yes, touchpad cable is new, trackpad looks perfect under microscope.

When the problem happens only keyboard stops working.

Keyboard matrix encoder is there.
