8203115 board no green

new board 3115, no green light and no ppbus , no PP3V42_G3H_REG too

i replaced U6990, PP3V42_G3H_REG is good now , still no green light ,and PPBUS_G3H=12.26v,

is smc bad?

12.26 is going to mean the SMC is not running. What do you get on SMC_RESET_L?

That sounds like a bad SMC.

I second bad SMC..... Rarely the ISL can cause the PPBUS being 12.26 issue so it's worth a shot to throw one on. If a new ISL doesn't work, replace the SMC

Liquid or not, still beep out the data lines 6259 / SMC and probe for comms.... But yeah, you probably could have just slapped another SMC on there and had it working without posting the thread.
