On L7510 I get 1.1V. On L7550 I get near 0V (0.0010V)

Some old boards get AXG voltage directly when boot.
I'm not sure in this case, compare with good board.

I don't have any other board like this one. Is there any other way to be sute? Can I measure something else?
At least resistance to ground at L7550.
I can only think about bad CPU.
Of course, could be just a simple corroded resistor somewhere.
Just in case, check all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and their traces.
Do the same for the LPC bus resistors.

L7550 has 15 ohms to ground (similar to L7510).
All SPI Bus Series Termination resistors are OK.
LPC bus resistors are ok
All SPI Bus Series Termination resistors are OK.
LPC bus resistors are ok
Then bad PCH, CPU, or underneath corrosion.
Heat them with quality flux.
