Pin 9 : 4 volt sure

I uninstalled the Q7180 but still the U7100 gets hot. Then I put a new one, nothing changed.

I removed f7140/41. I disassembled the q7130/35. I changed the u7000 4 times. But again the u7000 is getting hot. It draws 0.08 amps. Currently there is no f7140/41 q7130/35 on the motherboard but it keeps getting hot

Removing good components will not help you.
Put all back; just be sure to be good.
Check any trace and solder.
Then post again U7100 voltages, above mentioned.
Change all capacitors surrounding U7100, if not sure about them.
Also change U7100, if still overheats.

Just keep out F7140/1.
