Do you still have 1V at L7630?
If yes, check L7430, L7820 and all voltages from page 58 too.
Remove Q8150 and check ALL_SYS_PWRGD again.

Still no voltage on CPU coils (without Q8150)?

got it running without u8150, remembered you mentioning that we don't need it. shall i leave it off?
Can load up now and everything seems to work ok on external drive, apart from not detecting the SSD. Tried with 2 spares and none are detected. I can load via USB and seems stable
Did PRAM reset
PP3V3_S0SW_SSD_FET_R - 3.3V
SSD_PWR_EN - 3.2V

Q8150 is a redundant protection.
If the 3 power rails supervised by it are good, no need to resolder it.
Post U3740 voltages.
Check all pads of SSD connector and its traces.

SSD is not detected at all in Disk Utility?
Inspect all traces and components related with J3700.

Try changing U3710/11.
Compare J3700's voltages/signals with good board.
