Hi, I have an A1466 820-3437-B that the client report that stoped working without no reason

I have green light, fan spin, CPU gets hot, and get voltages on big coils.

I have:

PP5V_S0 = 5V
PP3V3_S0 = 3.3V
PP3V3_SUS = 3.3V
PP1V05_SUS =1.06V
PP1V5_S0 = 1.5V
PPVCC_S0_CPU = 1.74V

Can it be BIOS?
Can you help?

Could be BIOS, even bad CPU.
Check first if PLT_RESET_L is high.
Also check for USB activity.

II should have done something wrong in the first flash.

After re-flashed bios I get fan spin, but no USB activity.
PLT_RESET_L = 3.3V, CPU gets hot and it consume arround 0.550 V on PSU
