I'm trying to follow...

I think that's it:

PCH_INTRUDER_L = 3
PCH_SRTCRST_L = 3.3
RTC_RESET_L = 3.3
PCH_INTVRMEN = 3.2

All looks good.

Try to start in SMC bypass mode.
Post SMC_DCIN/PBUS_VSENSE levels.
Also check SMC_DCIN/BMON_ISENSE.

SMC bypass mode didn't do anything.

SMC_DCIN = 0.03v - 15 M ohm
PBUS_VSENSE = 0v - 5.4 k ohm
BMON_ISENSE = 0.06v - 17 M ohm

PM_BATLOW_L is 3.3V on PS.

Can it be relate with Q5480? It burnt as well the test point. Can't the trace be lost somewhere and causing this?

HI, in this case, it doesn't power on in SMC bypass.

On Q5480 I don't have SMC_SENSOR_PWR_EN (0v), and on SMC_PBUS_VSENSE I also have 0V (R5488).
On R5481/2 i have 1V (0.96), and on R5488/9 I have 0V

Can I assume that the problem is on U5000?

The mentioned sensors are not availble in S5 state.
At least PM_SLP_SUS_L is required for DCIN_VSENSE.
PBUS_VSENSE is available only in S0 state.

Try another SMC...

Hi,
just Replaced another SMC today, and it's the same.
No power (consumes 14mA on PSU).

PM_BATLOW_L = 3.3V
PM_SLP_SUS_L = 0.0V
