A2337 Macbook Air 3598

Hello Everyone,

I received Macbook Air A2337 EMC:3598 and it's A and D keys are not working. Tried to replace the Keyboard as well as trackpad. But, the results are same.
I need help to rectify this problem.

Is your board 820-02016?

Problem must be on the keyboard side.
The keys are not connected directly to MLB.

Just in case, do PRAM reset.
Try DFU revive; restore, if no important data on SSD.

Probably incompatible keyboard and touchpad, firmware of the ST32F103 on the touchpad is for a different keyboard. Sellers often don't label them properly. If you try with a known good top case for this machine it should work.

Resolved The Issue !
This particular issue was resolved after replacing Trackpad/Keyboard card connector Board.
I am really thankful for actively replying to my queries.
