A2485 820-02382-A no image

Hi.

I have an A2485 820-02382-A that has no image / BL (not sure). It has image on external monitor, but I can't see any image on the internal display (not even a dark one).

I don't have any other known good display to test.

How can I be sure if the problem is on the motherboard or in the display?

Hi.

Client said it was working and it stoped showing image.

I've checked PVOUT_LUXE_XW, and I've got 11.850V there, and I think it's to short.

I guess this is the BL output, correct?

Strange to have steady 11.85V
That means enabled, but not boosting

LPDP_INT_HPD is high for sure?

Inspect UP800 and QP800-3 areas for corrosion.

I'm not sure if LPDP_INT_HPD is high. How can I measured it with without disconnecting JP600?

UP800 and QP800-3 areas seams OK, without any corrosion.

Check BL_PWR_EN level.
