Any customer did reclaim for not giving back their bad lcds?

I´d like to know if you had any experience about that or the worse experience that a customer gave you in any single way and how you solve the situation.

The law in NYC is hilarious.

"In most cases, replaced parts must be returned to the customer."

When someone complains, I point out the law on the wall, "yes, in most cases. this isn't one of them"

I try to toss people like this out before they become a customer.

Just put it in your contract that "price includes transfer of ownership of any salvagable parts for repair. All non salvagable parts will be recycled".

Or maybe a better lingo for this is a "core charge". Works for automotive and battery industry.
