I got something with an efi lock and the dude is accusing me of swapping the board, when it matches the serial number of his case. Why am I dealing with this level of BS at a discounted tier?
You have to deal with people who pre-fucked the board before sending it in, or UC'd it, so it is more difficult to find the fault. Why charge less? Seriously.
End customers are the best. The most fair thing to do if someone complains about the price is suggest they learn how to do it themselves.
I agree, as a shop they are gonna try to fix the boards themselves to avoid paying you then if they fuck the board they can say that you fucked it up so...win/win for them.
