hello guys out of curiosity I was wondering how many members own a shop in California and offer board repair services to walk in customers ? I been visiting other shops near me and I still don't find no one reparing boards , well I find people doing ultrasonic cleaning and reflowing , but no people yet , using schematics and boardviews and brain power against boards, I only visit so far 9 shops and I was able to network with 3 of them to repair their boards.
it will be amazing to know how many shops exist and how many are offering this services on our state, and the average prices on repair for diferent boards , and even if there is people hiring for this work and how much is the average salary?
I see pretty much a lot of cellphone repair shops , but not pure laptop shops yet , Im going to visit more places , I guess I need to look for pure apple repair places , also non of the 9 shops I when offer data recovery for cellphones.
I open board services already and data recovery , but the economy on my city is so bad that I almost never see no one asking for board repair for a macbook , usually when something arrive to our area , its been already on many other shops , my zip code is 90032 and I visit shops surrounding that zip code.
I hope I can find the way to fill my spot with board repairs still working on that.
