Hello it's me again, yes I have a lot of problems this week ^^

I have an 820-00165 board which has been restored. About 10 power rails were repaired ...

Now it starts and blocks when starting. First 3min on screen 1 and then infinitely on screen 2 ...

The problem persists during Mac OS installation, it persists in safe mode, it persists in smc bypass mode ...

You can have CPU, or RAM issue.
Supposedly accumulated crap under RAM chips, or CPU.
Try heating 15-20s to 1800-200 degrees.

Also try USB macOS, disconnecting internal SSD.

Ok i just heat up and boot without ssd it still hangs.
I didn't use any feed. Do you want me to put flux on and remove silicone from around CPU?

Of course, you need to use quality flux, not "chinese honey".
Do not exceed 200 degres; no need to melt the balls.

Sounds like heavy corrosion on this board.
Maybe more traces, or resistors damaged.

Try booting on Linux LiveUSB. If it boots try to clean ME region.
