I was wrong thinking that voltage comes (ONLY) from L7690.
In fact U7650 is not enabled yet; at this point the voltage comes from U7800 (VOUT_RTC).

You may have problems with some component connected on 3V3_G3H rail.
Which may sink more current than U7800 can deliver.
Or just a bad U7800.

STOP worrying about PPBUS_G3H level.
Your T2 is not even properly powered; how can it control PPBUS_G3H???

ok sorry! so tomorrow i will change u7800...but if i don't have luck with u7800? what can i do? is 3v3_g3h directly connected with cd3217? don't you remember whats happened on those controllers under thermal camera?
